Started in 2012 by members and supporters of Omaha’s craft beer industry, Omaha Beer Week is a non-profit advocacy group that has grown to a yearly celebratory event that spotlights breweries, craft beer bars, restaurants, and hobby shops across the metro area. From Omaha to Millard to Bellevue to Papillion, Omaha Beer Week has grown and now annually supports and promotes the work of more than 50 different small businesses and breweries in the area. For a full week, people from across Nebraska and surrounding states come together over drinks to share friendship, fun, and entertainment. Led by the Omaha Beer Week Craft Beer Bus, which provides people a shuttle Omaha Beer Week’s members, each year features hundreds of exciting events including special tap takeovers, keg tappings, giveaways, bottle shares, and more!
After being forced to pause the party in 2020 due to COVID-19, we are excited to be back for 2021, providing a safe and celebratory way for craft beer lovers everywhere to think local and drink local.
